HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ITEM TO ARRIVE?

Some of our fulfillment centers are overseas and some are in the US.  In most cases, order processing takes between 2-7 business days. Once an order is processed, all item(s) usually take 2 – 4 weeks to reach your mailbox once it’s been marked shipped.

NOTE: Free and promotional items are not included in this timeline.

For products other than clothing, delivery time may take up to 30 days to arrive from our suppliers. The average delivery time is much lower, but we like to make our customers aware that. We ship worldwide and items can experience delays when going through customs. It can also take less time and in very rare cases it can take up to 30+ days to receive your product(s).

I ORDERED MULTIPLE ITEMS, WHY DID I ONLY RECEIVE 1?

We run things a little differently here at BarkForce, when you order multiple items, sometimes they will be shipped separately. Don’t worry if you don’t see all of your items arrive at the same time. They’re usually just a couple days behind. The reason we do this is to get you the best absolute deal from our suppliers.

I PLACED AN ORDER BUT I DIDN’T RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION EMAIL…WHAT’S GOING ON?

These emails are sent quickly, but may take as long as a few hours to show up (or more if there is a problem with email beyond our control). Make sure you check your junk mail folder to ensure that the missing docs aren’t located there.

WHERE ARE YOUR T SHIRTS, HOODIES, PHONE CASES, MUGS, TOTES, STICKERS PRINTED?

All of these items featured on BarkForce are printed in the US.  One of our several trusted suppliers have their own printing facility located in Kentucky. We work with a handful of other printers who are all experts with printing on a variety of items.

OOPS! I MESSED UP MY ORDER INFORMATION. CAN I CHANGE IT?

If this happens to you, just contact us as soon as you can and we should be able to make changes. However, we can’t make any promises. So please be sure to contact as soon as possible if you need to make changes to your order!

HOW SECURE IS MY INFORMATION?

BarkForce adheres to highest industry standards to protect your personal information. Your credit card information and personal details are encrypted during transmission using SSL (secure socket layer technology), which is widely used on the Internet for processing payments. We don’t sell, lease or otherwise distribute any personal customer information.

WHAT’S YOUR REFUND/EXCHANGE POLICY?

As long as your order has not been worn or washed, we’re happy to refund orders where defective products or wrong sizes arrived at your home. Please send the order back within 30 days of receipt for refund or replacement.

NOTE: All monogrammed, personalized, free promo items or final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged
